Refund policy
At Reaper Muay Thai, we are committed to providing high-quality Muay Thai gear and apparel. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at Reapermuaythaishop@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at Reapermuaythaishop@gmail.com to receive the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
