RED WHITE & BRUISE Jersey

Again, very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and response from reaper Muay Thai. They have yet to respond to several emails asking for a tracking number for the replacement jersey they have supposedly sent. They confirmed they received my return but will not verify that the replacement has been sent by providing a tracking number. Not have they issued a refund. I have no other reason not to suspect that are not going to send a replacement or refund and plan on keeping my money.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and response to several emails. I’ve sent 5 emails requesting Reaper Muay Thai to provide their exchange process and address. I want to simply return for size exchange but there has been no response from the company.
